Fire and Rescue Service staff visit Cerrigydrudion

Posted

Community safety staff from North Wales Fire and Rescue Service along with colleagues from Cartrefi Conwy will be visiting the Cerrigydrudion area on Wednesday, 2nd May to give advice to residents on keeping as safe as possible in their homes.

The staff, who will be wearing full uniform and carrying an identification card, will be visiting homes in the LL21 postcode area to undertake ‘safe and well’ checks.

As part of this free service, staff will visit your home, undertake a safety assessment, and if necessary, install a new smoke alarm free of charge.

Kevin Jones, Community Safety Manager for Conwy and Denbighshire, explains: “We’ll be working in partnership with staff from Cartrefi Conwy to undertake safe and well checks in the area. If you are not home on the 2nd of May but live in the LL21 area and would like to register for a free safe and well check, please call 01745 352 777.”
